This App provides a VERY Effective Sleep-Inducement --- I turn on a Sound (set to Never-Stop); then I turn on my Clock-App; low intensity; (also set to Never Stop). I then place my little IPod touch on its side, on the night-stand, next to my bed. BOTH Sounds AND Clock work Perfectly TOGETHER!!!!! THIS arrangement has me asleep (with a LOUD alarm) within Minutes‼️
